Every year, thousands of Haitians are deported back to Haiti with little preparation, few resources, and no safety net. Many face homelessness, unemployment, trauma, and social stigma.
DIPS Org exists to change that.
Our mission is to provide structured deportee reintegration programs in Haiti that help returning migrants gain employment, access mental and healthcare, and reconnect with their families and communities.
We envision a Haiti where every deportee has access to meaningful work, mental health support, and equal opportunity — and most importantly where they are welcomed as contributors to their communities rather than marginalized expats returning home.
Our vision is for DIPS Org to become a global leader and a replicable model in deportee reintegration to inspire countries worldwide to adopt our structure and mission to restore dignity, stability, and opportunity for every returning individual.

Counseling and trauma-informed care to help individuals cope with the emotional effects of deportation and family separation.
